Caz has been cheffing for 15 years, and has created the irresistable 3 course menus from her experience working in restaurants around the world, from Sydney to London, Amsterdam to Wellington. More recently she has been working during the summer on private yachts, villas and for the French Orient Express canal boats.
Freshness, imagination but also simplicity is the essence of our cuisine.
